At Gents Fitness, we believe that education is the utmost importance. We will teach you how to reach your nutrition goals without feeling overwhelmed. We will start by gathering basic information about who you are, what you do, and how you currently eat. We will then decide together what kind of nutrition coaching you need/want. From there, we will teach you how to eat the foods you enjoy, while moving towards your goals. All diets work, whether it is a bodybuilding, IIFYM (if it fits your macros), Keto, vegetarian, etc. The key is, finding something that works for YOU, and YOUR lifestyle.
