After completing the online questionnaire, you will come in for a thorough assessment where we will discuss and test all the different aspects of fitness including, body composition, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory health, and flexibility. We will then discuss a well-balanced plan to reach your goals. Each session will be 1 hour long and we will optimize your workout time, personalize each workout, and motivate you to complete each workout.
