If you have never experienced any setbacks since pursuing your fitness ventures, than hats off to you! Personally, throughout my many years of lifting weights and prioritizing my health, I have hit many bumps in the road. We are all human beings, and it is completely normal for you go through these setbacks as long as you learn how to bounce back from them. I wrote this blog hoping some of you can relate to these challenges and hopefully I can help you overcome them.
