I had a trainer before but was always scared to get "too big" or "too muscular" so I focused on being skinny. When I started working with Matt, he encouraged me to lift heavy and helped me realize I wanted a big booty and to be strong more than I wanted to be super skinny. Matt gives me the confidence to try heavier weights and push myself to beat those weights. Matt got me excited about working out and making it a priority in my life. I know I can always text or call him with any questions related to my health and he'll happily answer or find me the answer if he isn't sure.
