I hadn't stepped foot in a gym in 20 years, and over the years I have used a few personal trainers at home. I decided a few months ago it was time to try out the gym again. For the first 2 months, I was just weight training on my own and getting programs off the internet. But then I realized I needed to get an expert to teach me how to make the most of all the gym equipment as well as set up a good ongoing program.
I initially signed up with Matt for a handful of sessions, but then ended up extending my time with him because he is that good. Matt is the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. He taught me so much about weight training, proper form, and how to continue to push myself to keep getting stronger.
He is very professional and attentive - follows up with me during the week to make sure I'm staying on track or if I have any questions.
After working out with Matt, I have noticed a huge improvement in my strength, and have managed to lose over 10 lbs. I no longer feel intimidated using the gym equipment, and I am much more confident in myself.
As a busy mom, I can truly say this is one of the best investments I have made in myself in a very long time. I highly recommend Matt, you won't be disappointed.
