Brittany Hunt

I started at Gents Fitness last summer and it was the best decision I could have made! Before training with Matt, I felt lost when going to the gym and didn’t feel like I was making any progress. Through training with Matt, he introduced me to a variety of weightlifting exercises to incorporate into my workouts and helped improve my form. Matt kept me motivated and taught me how to customize and plan my workouts so that now when I go into the gym I feel comfortable and confident with what I am doing!
